Physical Education creates well-rounded, healthy individuals through a variety of activities, movements, and sports, opening their eyes to the benefits of an active lifestyle. At SVM, students focus on improving their balance, coordination, agility, and loco-motor skills. We also work on developing the concepts, knowledge, attitudes, and skills that contribute to a studentís overall well-being. Moreover, they are encouraged to demonstrate the skills during sports and games, helping them to become well-rounded individuals.

Students are encouraged to participate in various physical activities like football, volleyball, table tennis, shuttle, kho-kho, kabaddi.
